Warranty service
If defects in your product purchased within the specified warranty period are found, you have the right to choose:
- require replacement with a product of the same brand (of the same model and (or) article)
- require replacement with the same product of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price
- demand a commensurate reduction in the purchase price;
- require immediate gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the consumer or a third party.
If you purchased a discounted or used product of inadequate quality and were warned in advance about the shortcomings that caused the markdown in writing, then claims for such shortcomings will not be accepted.
Important! It is necessary to use the services of qualified specialists in connecting, commissioning and putting into operation technically complex goods that, according to technical requirements, cannot be put into operation without the participation of relevant specialists.
